The Prevention Project

The Prevention Project

As part of our commitment to health equity and early intervention, The Prevention Project is a community-centered initiative designed to raise awareness about preventable chronic diseases and empower families to take charge of their health. Through educational workshops, screenings, and faith-based and corporate partnerships, the project focuses on early detection, healthy lifestyle education, and accessible prevention strategies—especially in communities disproportionately affected by heart disease, diabetes, and hypertension.

The Prevention Project: A Heart and Soul Reset is a 4-week, high-impact course designed to help participants reduce cardiometabolic risks, improve their lifestyle habits, and build long-term momentum toward health—mind, body, and soul.

Each session is 1 hour per week and includes:

Personalized health and risk assessments

Movement strategies and exercise prescriptions

Nutrition tools, grocery lists, and mindful eating support

Mindset management

Flexible delivery (virtual or in-person; during work hours, after hours, or lunch-and-learn style)
